Espercea stands by the quality of our services. If you experience an issue covered under our service warranty, you can file a claim following the process below

Warranty policy

  • The warranty period and coverage details are specified in the invoice provided at the time of service.

  • The warranty applies only to the specific service performed and does not cover unrelated issues or external factors.

  • Any tampering or third-party intervention during the warranty period may void the warranty.

  • We cover the leakage repair warranty only if leakage occurs on previously repaired spot

Warranty claim process

  1. Provide Complaint Number – Customers must share their unique complaint number (as mentioned in the invoice) when requesting a warranty claim.

  2. Contact Us – Write an email to support@espercea-com.preview-domain.com or call on +91 7619069976 during our official hours (10 AM to 7 PM) to initiate the claim.

  3. Inspection & Verification – Our team will assess the reported issue to determine if it falls under the warranty coverage.

  4. Service Resolution – If eligible, we will repair or reservice the unit at no additional cost within the warranty period.

  5. Exclusions – The warranty does not cover damages due to improper usage, external electrical faults, or modifications made by unauthorized personnel.
