Espercea stands by the quality of our services. If you experience an issue covered under our service warranty, you can file a claim following the process below
Warranty policy
The warranty period and coverage details are specified in the invoice provided at the time of service.
The warranty applies only to the specific service performed and does not cover unrelated issues or external factors.
Any tampering or third-party intervention during the warranty period may void the warranty.
- We cover the leakage repair warranty only if leakage occurs on previously repaired spot
Warranty claim process
Provide Complaint Number – Customers must share their unique complaint number (as mentioned in the invoice) when requesting a warranty claim.

Inspection & Verification – Our team will assess the reported issue to determine if it falls under the warranty coverage.
Service Resolution – If eligible, we will repair or reservice the unit at no additional cost within the warranty period.
Exclusions – The warranty does not cover damages due to improper usage, external electrical faults, or modifications made by unauthorized personnel.
